Downtown Norfolk apartments to be built next to Icon being called Gravity 400

Downtown Norfolk developer Frank “Buddy” Gadams is offering a glimpse of his latest proposed luxury apartment project, a six-story building next to his Icon tower that he’s calling Gravity 400.

The building, at 400 Waterside Dr., would face the Waterside District and Sheraton Norfolk.
